The focus of this clinic will be on skills relevant to the Rideau Lakes Cycle Tour, such as:

• Bike condition and type,

• Benefits and techniques of drafting,

• Signaling and avoiding hazards,

• Consuming food and water while cycling, and

• Navigation by GPS or signs.
