How do I share information with ride leaders?

Members that have registered and indicated that they want to be ride leaders will be able to see all registrations for that event. They are also able to see emergency contact details after requesting that they are shown.

Routes

Does RideHub replace Ride With GPS?

No, routes are still managed in Ride With GPS. There is a part of the application that can import a CSV file with all routes. The routes are just in RideHub so that we can deep link straight to the actual route. In the future, we may consider an automatic synchronization of routes.

What if I need to add a new route?

Go ahead and add it to the RideHub database via the admin. At the next regular update via CSV, any updates from Ride With GPS will be pulled in. The route will not be lost.

Can I correct route data in RideHub?

Yes, but it will be overwritten at the next import from Ride With GPS. Always update in Ride With GPS first, then in RideHub.
