Registration

Registering for an event is easy. Go to https://obcrides.ca and find an event that you are interested in. Click the event, and review the details. If you want to register, click the register button. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, and in cases where an emergency contact is required, contact details to that person. Emergency contact details will only be shared with ride leaders.

Following your registration, you will receive an email with details about the ride. It contains a link to the event, as well as to your personal profile page.

Note that you must have an individual email address. If you are two individuals from the same household, you must have your own unique email addresses.

My profile

When you register for your first event, the system automatically creates an account that is associated with your email address. You can access your profile by clicking the account icon on the top-right of the page.

If you are not signed in, you will be presented a form where you enter your email address. We will send a login link to that email address. Follow the instructions in the email, and you will be logged in.

Your profile will show basic account information, as well as any events that you are registered for.

Withdrawing

If can't make an event that you've registered for, you can withdraw. Visit your profile page, find the applicable event, and click withdraw. This will mark your registration as withdrawn, and helps the ride leaders keep track of who is coming and not.

If you change your mind, you can register again for as long as the registration is open.
